Qualifications
Strong understanding of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) operations, business processes, and systems.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability in report generation, data analysis, and strategic business development.
Proficiency in problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a high level of adaptability and collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Previous experience in HMO management, healthcare, or a related industry is highly advantageous.
