HEMV /Dumper Truck Operator (Cement Industry) at Dangote

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Heavy Earth Moving Vehicles (HEMV) in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Perform pre-operational checks on HEMV and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Move materials and products to designated locations as required.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the equipment.
• Maintain logs of vehicle operations and material movements.
• Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of the dump truck.
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules and regulations at all times.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to supervisory personnel.
• Participate in training programs on HEMV operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid driving license
• WASC. or equivalent + 8 years’ experience
• Trade test II + 16 years’ experience
• National diploma (ND)
• Trade test I + 8 years’ experience
• A high level of patience and carefulness
• Good communication skill
• Ability to work under pressure
• A Team Player and must be dedicated
