    Helpdesk Officer

    A leading firm specializing in integrated facilities management and real estate consultancy services, is actively seeking to fill a job vacancy. They provide customized solutions to complex business challenges, with a primary focus on improving organizational performance, facility efficiency, employee wellness, and maintaining a sustained competitive advantage.

    Minimum Required Experience: 4 years’ experience in similar role

    Job Summary: 

    In this role, the Helpdesk Officer will serve as the primary contact for queries, responding to helpdesk calls and providing timely solutions to problems related to operational activities.

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Function as a centralized point of contact for the organization and its customers.
    • Efficiently manage work orders.
    • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to ensure optimal client care and satisfaction.
    • Collate, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports.
    • Maintain precise inventory records of assets and work-related activities.
    • Oversee and manage the asset database.
    • Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPMS) and corrective maintenance processes.

    Educational Requirements: 

    • Possession of at least a Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor's degree (BSc./B.Eng/B.Tech) in a relevant field such as Computer Science/ Engineering, or a related discipline.

    ICT Requirement: 

    • Computing Technology Industry Association A+ (CompTIA A+)
    • Computing Technology Industry Association Network+ (CompTIA Network+)
    • Google IT Support Professional Certificate
    • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
    • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
    • Microsoft Tools Certifications
    • Python
    • Structured Query Language (SQL)
