Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Engineer at FoliXx Hospitality

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, electric furnaces, packaged terminal units, ductless split systems, humidification and dehumidification equipment, electronic air cleaners and air purification systems, residential control systems to include Evolution and zoning systems.
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues to keep equipment functioning properly.
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels
• Installing HVAC components
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
• Finding and fixing faults.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess B.SC / B.Eng / M.Eng Degrees with 5+ years relevant work experience.
