Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections of the factory.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Keep an incident log report
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
• Conduct periodic safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics.
• Coordinate emergency response and first aid procedures.
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes
