    Operations and Maintenance Manager

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for overall plant operations, maintenance strategy, and production optimization across compression, processing, and storage systems.
    • The role ensures high plant availability, reliability, and efficiency while maintaining strict compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.
    • Provides leadership in aligning operations and maintenance activities to achieve production targets and long-term asset integrity.

    Job Details

    • Oversee daily plant operations and ensure production targets are achieved; develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies; optimize plant performance, uptime, and efficiency; lead commissioning, startup, and shutdown activities; manage operational budgets and cost control; establish and monitor KPIs for operations and maintenance; drive continuous improvement initiatives; ensure effective coordination between departments; support recruitment and development of operations and maintenance teams

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline; 
    • COREN certification is an added advantage; additional certifications in operations or maintenance management are desirable
    • 8–12 years’ experience in gas processing, CNG, NGL, or similar facilities, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role; experience in plant commissioning and startup is highly desirable

    HSE and Quality Control Manager

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving HSE and quality management systems to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations.
    • The role drives a strong safety culture, ensures adherence to regulatory and international standards, and safeguards personnel, assets, and the environment.

    Job Details

    • Develop and implement HSE and quality management systems; conduct risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP) and safety audits; ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and company standards; oversee QA/QC processes across operations and maintenance; monitor HSE performance metrics and reporting; support commissioning and operational readiness from an HSE standpoint
    • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; drive continuous improvement in safety performance; enforce safe work practices and permit-to-work systems; ensure emergency response preparedne

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field; NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory); additional quality certifications (ISO 9001/14001/45001) are an advantage
    • 7–10 years’ experience in HSE within oil and gas, with exposure to gas processing, CNG, or similar facilities; experience in commissioning/startup phases is an added advantage.

    Lead Mechanical Technician

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and integrity of all mechanical systems within the plant, including compressors, pumps, pressure vessels, piping, and rotating equipment.
    • The role supports safe and efficient operations through effective maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of mechanical performance.

    • Maintain and monitor rotating and static equipment; develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs; troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures; conduct equipment inspections and condition monitoring; support plant commissioning, startup, and shutdown activities; manage spare parts and maintenance planning; ensure equipment reliability and availability targets are met; participate in root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and safe maintenance practices; enforce permit-to-work systems; identify and mitigate mechanical hazards; support incident investigations; ensure adherence to mechanical integrity standards and safe operating procedures. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; COREN certification is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 6–10 years’ experience in oil and gas or similar industrial facilities, with hands-on experience in rotating equipment and maintenance system.
