This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Teacher at MEMOMAC School in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Head Teacher will oversee curriculum development and implementation, lead and mentor the teaching team, and ensure high educational standards are maintained.
Responsibilities include planning and managing daily academic activities, fostering a positive learning environment, communicating effectively with parents and staff, and promoting innovative teaching practices aligned with the school’s vision.
Qualifications
Expertise in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy
Strong background in Education and Educational Leadership
Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in leading and managing teaching teams
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (a Master’s degree is an advantage)
Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment
Familiarity with technology-enhanced teaching methods is a plus
