Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Define and execute marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities.
• Create and oversee the implementation of marketing collateral, content, and materials, such as websites, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing activities with business strategies and priorities.
• Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as leads, conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition costs, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising.
• Manage marketing budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure efficient use of resources and achieve marketing objectives.
• Represent the organization in marketing-related activities, events, and industry associations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or related field.MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
