Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with some opportunities to work remotely.
• The Head of Wealth Management will oversee and lead the design, development, and execution of wealth management strategies.
• Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, advising on financial and investment strategies, driving growth in assets under management, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• The role also involves mentoring team members and collaborating with other departments to enhance service offerings.

• Proven expertise in Investments, Investment Management, and Financial Services
• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance
• Experience in designing and delivering tailored wealth management solutions
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills in financial contexts
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of financial market trends and compliance regulations
