About this Role
As the Head of Strategy & Finance, you'll be responsible for preparing for our next stage of growth and investment by...

• Developing the portfolio strategy, co-creating with the leadership team and identifying future growth pathways and investment strategies
• Implementing sustainable planning and performance frameworks, driving operational rigour and the use of data and insights to support delivery of performance objectives across teams
• Leading the finance function in establishing fiscal responsibility in reporting, budgeting and governance

Requirements
This might be for you if you have...

• Experience with strategy, business case development, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to senior management.
• Experience working in complex organizations where developing strong organizational relationships and effective interpersonal skills are keys to success.
• Ability to create structure in an ambiguous environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Deep curiosity and understanding of Finance and Technology industry.
• Proven ability to measure, optimise and motivate multi-disciplined teams
