Head of Sterilization Technician at Medecins Sans Frontieres

Responsibilties

• Acting as a technical mentor by providing hands-on training and regular coaching for sterilization technicians at MSF-supported BEMONC sites.
• This ensures that sterilization quality remains consistent across the referral network, not just within the main hospital.
• Together with the Supervisor in managing the duty roster for both MOH and MSF staff to ensure full coverage at all times
• This includes the strategic allocation of personnel between "dirty" (decontamination) and "clean" (packaging/sterilization) zones to prevent cross-contamination and ensure strict adherence to infection control circuits.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 2 years experience.
