Head of School at Plumptre Advisory

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified teacher with 15 years plus teaching experience.
• An energetic and experienced senior leader with at least 5 years of leadership experience (Vice-Principal/Deputy Head and above) at a high standard international school.
• Minimum of a Master's Degree and relevant Teacher Training Qualification.
• Experience in leading a school with a hybrid curriculum - Cambridge and the Nigerian Curriculum.
• A grounded understanding of the regulatory and policy initiatives of the Nigerian Ministry of Education.
• Current with modern pedagogy and advancements in learning delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to promote good relationships with parents and other stakeholders of the school.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Progressive in the use of technology for the workplace, for effective learning delivery and proven history of deploying online learning infrastructure.
• An avid promoter of self-discipline among students and the ability to develop systems to encourage good behaviour and conduct of the students.
• Exceptional strategic ability to translate the vision of the school into clear objectives that promote and sustain school improvement.
• Right to work in Nigeria.
