    Head of Sales

    Education and qualifications: BS.c, MSc 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Developing a new system for organization that helps the company with efficiency
    • Set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports
    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
    • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives 

    Generic Skills and Abilities: 

    • Creative 
    • Efficient in MS Office 
    • Pro-Active 
    • Reporting Skills
    • Detailed and pay attention to details
