    Site Manager

    We are seeking a creative, pro-active and efficient individual with 1-3 years work experience as a Site Manager, who will help Diagnose construction/machinery problems, resolve malfunctions or other crises, prepare work schedules in collaboration with contractors. 

    Education and qualifications: BS.c 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Organize materials and ensure sites are clean and safe 
    • Provide technical advise for improvement on projects 
    • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best contracts
    • Draw up work schedules on site 
    • Complete quality assurance and provide feedback

    Education and qualifications: BS.c, MSc 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Developing a new system for organization that helps the company with efficiency
    • Set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports
    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
    • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
