Head of Sales and Marketing at Tempkers Limited

Duties;

• Develop and execute strategic business development, marketing, customer acquisition, and sales plan to expand our market share, customer base, sales targets and brand visibility/influence.
• Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
•  Build, train and motivate business development, marketing and sales team to consistently meet & exceed targets.

Requirement;

• 5-7 year's experience as a sales professional in a leadership role(preferably in Real Estate sector but not mandatory)
• Proven track record of developing and executing business development, marketing and sales strategies for an established brand.
• competent with Microsoft office suite, salesforce.com and ComScore.
• Ability to manage multiple projects work to tight deadlines.
