Head of Sales and Marketing

Job Summary
- We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead strategic initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Oversee branding, digital campaigns, and product promotions
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and ROI analysis
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably in solar or energy sectors
- Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools.
