Head of Quality and Patient Safety at Cedarcrest Hospitals

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive hospital-wide quality and safety strategy.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate accreditation readiness (e.g., ISO, JCI, COHSASA).
• Drive quality improvement initiatives across clinical and operational units.
• Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and root cause analyses.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to safety, compliance, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or a clinical field (required).
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Quality Management (preferred).
• Certification in Quality Management or Patient Safety (e.g., CPHQ, CPPS) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare quality and safety.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership or head-of-department role in a hospital setting.
• Proven track record of successful accreditation preparation and QI program management.
