Head of Programs at Transsil

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic program plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee program design, execution, and evaluation to ensure impact and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor program staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) teams to assess program success.
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies.
• Represent the organization at key meetings, conferences, and events.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and partnership development.
• Proficient in program management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in development studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
