Head of Product Management at IpNX Nigeria Limited

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a head, product management to join our Lagos Team. The Head, Product Management is responsible for setting product vision and strategy, and also working closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing and CEA to achieve target revenue and deliver customer satisfaction on products.

Qualification and Requirement:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent (2.2/ Upper Credit Minimum)
• MBA or Master’s degree in engineering, Management, or Technology is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years track record of bringing new products to market within a Retail environment that meet the highest standards of delivery and quality
• Experience using data to illustrate business conclusions
• At least 5 years plus product development, market and industry experience in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of the market and industry, Prior experience in product management and research
• Experience working in the Telecommunications industry with a track record of technical achievement and P&L improvement
• Knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian and global Information Technology Industry especially Telecommunications
• Strong experience as a line manager and a coach leading diverse teams
• Experience of delivering features and products at scale
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Products/Proposition Development and Management
• Demonstrable interpersonal and relationship management skills at expert level.
• Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills at a senior level, Environmental / Industry analysis
• Documentation and Strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication skills, Project management skills also desirable
