Head of Operations / Operations Manager

Job Descriptions
- Overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions
- Design, plan, control performance improvement and operating strategy
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholeders
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the implementation of IT systems.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND qualification in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in financial service industry.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization and leadership ability.
