Head of Operations at DozzaVille Nigeria

We are looking for a detail-oriented leader to ensure smooth daily operations across all departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Production, Customer Service, Inventory, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly with no disruption to service or production.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, order accuracy, and packaging.
• Solve problems quickly (staff issues, stock shortages, rider delays, or customer complaints).
• Review and summarize daily reports from HODs for management, ensuring negligence never affects production or customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must reside near Aroma, Awka.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of work experience (prior experience in food production or restaurant management is a strong plus).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Very Good in clear written and spoken English.
• Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Office-based work (23 days per month).
• Strong commitment to long-term employment.
