Responsibilities:

• Data analysis: Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure marketing performance and inform future strategies.
• Content creation: Ability to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Collaboration and communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
• Fintech industry knowledge: Understanding of the Fintech industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
• Budget management: Ability to manage marketing budgets and make data-driven decisions to optimize spend.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferable).

Professional Experience:

• At least 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
