Head of Growth & Marketing at Fadac Resources

Our client is a customer-obsessed company that is leading the way in developing locally sourced high quality fresh dairy products. Due to expansion, they are currently in need of a Head of Growth & Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement marketing strategies, framework, procedures and new business channels that support the mission and vision of the Company and its various business units.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and growth objectives that drive incremental sales and profits
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and client communications for its various business units.
• Own (build and manage) all social media platforms Ensures the achievement of sales targets by all direct reporting functions, units and personnel.
• Build and maintain profitable relationships with existing and potential stakeholders, understanding client’s needs and identifying opportunities for collaboration, effective communication and increased portfolio.
• Responsible for driving the implementation of strategic initiatives that define customer service excellence standards and is responsible for all customer interactions that meet and exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive revenue, market share, and customer acquisition.
• Development and upgrading of marketable products geared towards enhancing the competitiveness and market dominance of the organization.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Analyse data and provide regular reports to Executive management, offering insights and recommendations for optimization. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in marketing, business management, communications, public relations or related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience with at least 6 years in a senior executive leadership role within a marketing, operations, communications or sales function in an agency, manufacturing or multinational company.
• Proven track record of driving growth and scaling businesses. Relevant international professional certification
