    Head of Growth and Marketing

    • The Head of Growth & Marketing will be tasked with leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including product marketing, performance marketing, events, social media marketing, and partnerships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and own the company’s growth strategy in collaboration with Duplo’s Management Team.
    • Build out a growth and marketing function at Duplo.
    • Report, maintain, and forecast all business metric results, including customer growth, retention, recurring revenue, engagement, NPS, and margin.
    • Manage, track, and analyze key metrics to monitor customer acquisition, revenue/brand performance/engagement, customer retention, and create strategies for improvement.
    • Create new, extraordinary ways of user acquisition and work to acquire our first 1,000, 10,000, and 100,000+ customers.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our (prospective) users and their motivations.
    • Become an expert on our customer acquisition channels, funnels, and marketing stack.
    • Own the marketing budget and allocate optimally across tools and channels.
    • Identify and prioritize growth experiments - e.g., optimize existing channels, and discover new ones.
    • Establish a growth habit and culture of experimentation.
    • Work with the team to prioritize and implement growth experiments.
    • Lead the charge on building a data-driven culture, including instrumentation and attribution.
    • Work closely with the Product Team to refine UX, copy, and messaging.
    • Steward the Company brand and voice; ensure consistency in all our communication.
    • Manage and continue to build out the Growth/Marketing Team.

    Requirements:

    • 6 years of experience in B2B Marketing with exposure to both small and medium-sized businesses.
    • A strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to apply insights from this to optimize campaigns.
    • Track record of being highly analytical and data-driven.
    • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
    • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
    • Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.
    • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end delivery of data-driven marketing and communications.
    • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools/platforms for campaign activation.
    • 4 years’ experience in SEO, growth marketing.
