To be responsible for the management of Flight Operation Department.
Responding directly to the Chief Pilot, Flight Safety Manager, Quality/Safety Manager.
Ensuring that all safety, operational and technical requirements are met in accordance with the requirements of the AOC.
Determining and controlling the Flight Operations budget including the formulation of business strategies.
To advice the Accountable Manager on all matters pertaining to the Flight Operations Department.
To ensure the establishment and development of a high caliber management team to deliver professional and technical services and to pursue new business opportunities.
To represent the company via the EALL Security Services Providers in connection with the operation of its aircraft, meet the required standards.
Other responsibilities as listed in the applicable section of the EALLL OMA.
Qualifications
The minimum initial qualifications are:
Degree or equivalent in Management.
An ATP license; and
5 years experience as PIC in commercial air transport operations of large aircraft.
