This role leads the business development strategy, manages key external relationships, and works closely with internal teams to design and execute initiatives that increase revenue, strengthen brand positioning, and unlock new opportunities.

This role leads the business development strategy, manages key external relationships, and works closely with internal teams to design and execute initiatives that increase revenue, strengthen brand positioning, and unlock new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall business development strategy to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion objectives.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic growth areas for the organization.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to inform strategic decisions and positioning.
Drive revenue generation initiatives and ensure the development of a strong, sustainable sales and business pipeline.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align business development strategies with overall organizational vision and goals.
Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with corporates, government agencies, NGOs, institutions, and industry stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end partnership processes including proposal development, negotiations, MoU drafting, execution, and post-agreement management.
Design partnership frameworks and engagement models that create mutual value and long-term collaboration opportunities.
Drive client acquisition strategies focused on attracting high-value customers and expanding the client base.
Manage key accounts and strategic clients, ensuring excellent relationship management, satisfaction, and repeat business.
Establish and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track business growth, revenue performance, and pipeline health, including periodic reporting to executive management.
Lead and develop the business development and partnerships team, fostering a high-performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, and results delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
7–12 years of progressive experience in business development, partnership management, strategy, or related roles.
Proven experience closing high-value deals and leading business growth initiatives.
Experience working at an executive or senior leadership level
