We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Head to lead all administrative functions within our corporate office operations.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of relevant experience, with a strong track record of managing corporate administration, facility management, compliance, and general services in a fast-paced environment.
The Admin Head will play a strategic role in creating a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly workplace that supports productivity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all administrative operations across the corporate office.
Coordinate immigration and other needs of expats in the organization
Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures for efficient admin functioning.
Coordinate interdepartmental admin support and ensure consistent service delivery.
Manage upkeep and maintenance of all company facilities, buildings, and assets.
Ensure optimal office/workspace utilization and cleanliness in line with hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to labor, safety, fire, environment, and building regulations.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments with the Facility Manager to determine possible threats and mitigate them.
Identify, negotiate, and manage third-party service providers (security, housekeeping, etc.)-Not sure if you will want this to be under his jurisdiction.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely renewal and adherence to SLAs and agreements.
Prepare and monitor the annual admin budget and operating expenses.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency across admin operations.
Collaborate with HR to support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
Must have a good understanding visa processes for expat immigration
Experience: 7–10 years of hands-on experience in administrative leadership roles, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with facility management systems, vendor portals, and ERP tools.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and crisis management abilities.
High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail.
