Head, Merchant Services Business at Qore

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent in Marketing, or any related field.
• 7+ years’ work experience in business development or sales role in a financial institution, and/or multinational B2B financial technology or technology company, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong capabilities in B2B sales operations, relationship management, lead generation, lead conversion, negotiation, and product presentation.
• Good knowledge of software development, banking, and/or similar automated enterprise-based solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills, good relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Good business acumen and a strong drive for result with resilience, determination, capacity and willingness to learn, unlearn and relearn.
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to collaborate, work, manage and interact with employees across different management cadres.
• Technology savvy with good knowledge of Agency Banking and its variant solutions.
