    Head Marketing & Sales, HiiT SIWES+ (HSMHS+)

    Job Summary:

    • The purpose of our HSMHS+ position is to provide leadership to the HSIWES+ Team, develop Marketing & Sales Strategies and lead its execution to achieve the company’s HSIWES+ Management’s goals and objectives.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Achieve Management’s HSIWES+ Marketing and Sales goals and objectives in accordance with our Business Plan.
    • Develop, propose and implement efficient and measurable Marketing and Sales strategies in accordance with periodic targets and ensure end-to-end execution towards the actualization of S/N 1.
    • Develop Digital Marketing campaigns (including budget planning, lead generation & content ideation) as well as Traditional Marketing strategies and oversee its execution.
    • Initiate/Grow HSIWES+ community and Social Media presence on all relevant social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp and Telegram, etc.
    • Identify and Build strategic partnerships (Tertiary Institutions, relevant SIWES officials & students) to drive referral and strategic collaborations).
    • Identify relevant Tech events/activities and encourage Interns participation to boost our visibility.
    • Produce and engage our target audience with appropriate videos, written or graphic contents via e-newsletters, web pages and blog content, or social media messages.
    • Coordinate research and monitor all activities in our target market space and submit detailed monthly reports.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Sales Targets Achievement on pro-rata basis (70%).
    • Result-oriented and satisfactory management of Team Members. (20%)
    • Other tasks assigned by management. (10%)

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Personal Qualities- Passionate and Self-Motivated Personality with exemplar business mindset and attention to details.
    • ICT & Social Media skills- At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Zoho platform and excellent Social Media Marketing (Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts).
    • Communication skills- Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Performance Evidence- Clear evidence of achievements in Social Media Marketing in the last 3 years.
    • Emotional Intelligence- High social and relationship management skills.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Education- Minimum of first degree (2/2 minimum) in in any field. MBA with specialization in Marketing is an advantage.
    • Experience- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing, one of which must be as Team Lead or Manager.
    • Industry- Service (EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, Insurance, etc).
