Head, Internal Audit and Control at Creditville Nigeria Limited

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head, Internal Audit and Control to lead our internal audit function and ensure robust control environments within our organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience (5 of which is in a managerial capacity) in internal audit, risk management, or a related control function within a bank or financial services company.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ICAN, ACA/ACCA, or similar are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of banking operations, financial products, regulatory frameworks (e.g., CBN, NDIC, SEC regulations in Nigeria), and corporate governance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Superior communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, and professional skepticism.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
