    Head, HR/Admin/Legal

    Job Summary

    The Head of HR/ Admin/Legal will ensure the alignment of HR, legal and administrative initiatives with business objectives and supervise the optimal performance of the departments.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Assisting employees with enrollment in benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement savings, etc.
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
    • Design a training strategy and manage training and development programs
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Maintain rewards and benefits program
    • Oversee all activities of the Admin department
    • Performs Company Secretarial functions
    • Acts as a liaison between the Company and external Lawyers
    • Provides legal advisory services to the Company

    Job requirement

    • B.L, LLB Law
    • CIPM/SHRM/HRCP certifications
    • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Microfinance Bank or Financial services
    • Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in legal practice
    • Prior managerial experience in similar role or capacity
    • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
    • A strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance

    Qualification/skills

    • Strong leadership, supervisory and people management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skill
    • Aptitude in problem-solving
    • Excellent negotiation and communications skills
    • Administrative and managerial skills
    • Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office suit
    • Legal drafting skills
