Our client is seeking a strategic and dynamic professional to lead its Financial Education Centre.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the training arm of the business through innovative content creation, training program delivery, and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a training calendar tailored to client and market needs
Design and manage customized training programs and risk consulting solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Create compelling training content and oversee marketing campaigns
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Manage CRC’s financial education web presence and coordinate training logistics.
Job Requirements
Minimum of a University Degree from a reputable institution
3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of customer engagement, training development, and market creation
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in proposal development, negotiation, and customer relationship management
MBA or a postgraduate degree in management is an added advantage
