    REQUIREMENTS

    • A First Degree in Social Sciences or Humanities.
    • MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of IO years' experience in leadership roles within Customer Service, Key Account Management, Telemarketing, or Billing Reconciliation
