    Head - Cardiac Monitoring Business Unit

    Job Purpose

    • To create, plan, direct, coordinate and execute winning strategies to meet customer needs, fulfil customer obligations, and achieve business unit's sales and market share objectives.
    • Principal leadership accountability for business unit and operations and resulting P&L.

    Job Responsibilities
    Financial Management:

    • Deliver YOY financial goals for the Cardiac Monitoring Division including topline, bottom line, etc.
    • Expand product portfolio by onboarding new services/Customers in identified gap areas
    • Negotiate with OEMs for improved discount and credit limit
    • Own the budgeting process for the division

    Business Development:

    • Develop and implement sales processes to drive visibility of the Cardiac Monitoring offers across the various segments.
    • Secure sustained presence of the Cardiac Monitoring offers across the key territories.
    • Develop and implement the marketing processes to drive visibility of the Cardiac Monitoring offers

    Team Management:

    • Identify and fill talent gaps
    • Work effectively with Internal and external partners/stakeholders
    • Conduct regular field coaching for sales and technical teams.
    • Provide direction and motivation for the team.
    • Work closely with the operations/service team to secure 100% availability of the online cardiac monitoring solutions.

    Customer Management:

    • Ensure optimal customer satisfaction through delivery of innovative solutions and prompt service
    • Build service capabilities across the various solutions.
    • Commission regular survey on customer satisfaction

    Requirements

    • Education: Graduate Degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field.
    • Proffessional Qualification: MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
    • Exerience:Minimum 10 years' experience in the sector, of which 5 must be in a Senior position,
    • Knowledge of B2B markets & Team leading.

    Technical Skills:

    • Business savvy (including financial skills)
    • In depth Knowledge of Cardiac Monitoring products and solutions
    • Scientific/Medical knowledge
    • Problem Solving
    • Communication skills
    • Leadership skills
    • Analytical skills.
