You will be responsible for the expansion of our Save80 cookstoves project in Nigeria andintoneighboring countries all sales and commercial activities
Grow Sales from 50K annually at the moment to 1 Mio. stoves per annum by the end of
2025
Bring or develop strong ties and networks to intermediaries and cooperatives that buystoves in bulk to resell in their market.
Develop sales in the assigned geographical territory (Northern Nigeria) through directsales visits and develop the sales team per state in the chosen areas to increase our reach.
Grow, expand, and train the sales team in every state to ensure proper market penetration.
Strictly follow & implement a guided sales strategy to achieve growth and sales targets.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with established customers through closemanagement of the accounts and attention to their needs.
Build and grow a sales team out of Kano into other states
Develop and execute sales and marketing of Save80 stoves for to the northern states andNigerian market at large
Develop Business models i. a. for sales through banks and other MicrofinanceInstitutions/Organizations
Develop an understanding of how to successfully address the market and offer financeoptions
Understand and monitor inventory management systems as wellHave a close-knit work environment with Supply Chain and Accounting
Hands on mentality in e.g. hiring local warehouses and business partners
Acquire and maintain local sales partners and networks and negotiate conditions andcontracts as needed.
