Head, Admin at Basma Agric Processing Limited

Role

• The successful candidate will oversee the entire Admin functions of the Company in line with Company policy.

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both human and material resources (including physical assets) of the Company.
• He/She will ensure optimal utilization of assets and other resources
• He/She will ensure assets usage is in line with Company policy
• He/She will supervise the Warehouse Manager, Head of Security
• He/She will ensure completeness and accuracy of assets records
• He/She will perform the role of Human Resource Management
• He/She will process assets requisition, market survey prior to acquisition of any asset
• He/She will be responsible for maintaining and servicing assets
• He/She will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• He/She will liaise with other unit heads before goods are released
• Perform other functions as assigned by Management

Qualification & Experience

• The candidate should possess a suitable Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Economics or related field.
• The candidate should have at least 5 years experience working in a reputable firm
• The candidate must demonstrate in-depth understanding of general resource administration in an organized firm.

Human Resource Management Skills / Experience:

• The candidate should possess Leadership and Management skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
