Responsibilities
- Recommending and sell salon products to clients.
- Promoting ongoing promotions or special services.
- Performing haircuts, blowouts, coloring, and styling for men, women, and children.
- Providing chemical treatments like perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments.
- Recommending hairstyles and hair treatments based on client preferences and hair conditions.
- Discussing client requirements and preferences to achieve desired looks.
- Educating clients about proper hair care routines and product usage.
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Cleaning and sanitizing tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
