Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for a Gym Manager.
• The Gym Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and operational standards are met.
• Responsibilities include supervising gym staff, managing group exercise programs and personal training services, and engaging members to foster a supportive fitness community.
• The Gym Manager will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Group Exercise, Group Training, and Fitness Industry practices
• Experience in Personal Training and Exercise Physiology
• Leadership skills, with experience in managing teams in a gym or fitness setting
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff effectively
• Certification in fitness or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or related discipline is advantageous
