Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized workout plans for residents.
• Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.
• Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and equipment is well-maintained.
• Offer advice on proper techniques, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyles.

Requirements

• Certification in fitness training or a related field, CPR and First Aid knowlegearea plus.
• Proven experience as a gym instructor or personal trainer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
