Guest House Coordinator at Aldelia Limited

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate catering, housekeeping, reception, and residential services.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with company standards and contract terms.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, meal preparation, service levels, and food safety.
• Review and approve menu proposals and monitor daily meal service records.
• Inspect materials and supplies delivered by service providers.
• Ensure guest rooms and residential apartments meet company standards.
• Coordinate events, meetings, training centre activities, and other hospitality services.
• Monitor contractor KPIs and coordinate weekly site inspections.
• Ensure timely preparation of Job Progress Certificates and follow up on vendor payments.
• Support budget projections for Guest House/Village CAPEX activities.
• Prepare reports and documentation for departmental and management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, hygiene, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate receptionist activities and collate guest house reports.
• Ensure contractors participate in required HSE meetings and inspections.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in guest house, hospitality, facilities, catering, residential camp, or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of catering, housekeeping, food hygiene, and service quality.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Strong event planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with people from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
• High integrity, professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong commitment to HSE, quality, and service excellence.
