Job Description

• Identify DL/UL path imbalance issues and resolution
• Main/Diversity issues resolution
• Hardware issue identification and resolution
• WCLs Analysis and troubleshooting
• New sites configuration check and correction
• External NBRs definition correction
• Perform soft expansions
• Grow degrow plan on base of utilization
• U2000/U2020 CFG/Logs/Results data collection
• Overshooting cells optimization
• Sector swap identification and correction

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field
• Minimum of 3 year experience
• Must be target driven
• Relevant training or Certifications in a related field is an added advantage
• Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
• Must have strong decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
