GSM HW RNO Engineer

- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Job Description
- Identify DL/UL path imbalance issues and resolution
- Main/Diversity issues resolution
- Hardware issue identification and resolution
- WCLs Analysis and troubleshooting
- New sites configuration check and correction
- External NBRs definition correction
- Perform soft expansions
- Grow degrow plan on base of utilization
- U2000/U2020 CFG/Logs/Results data collection
- Overshooting cells optimization
- Sector swap identification and correction
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field
- Minimum of 3 year experience
- Must be target driven
- Relevant training or Certifications in a related field is an added advantage
- Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
- Must have strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
