Growth Officer at Fadac Resources

Our client is a transaction finance company that provides short-term financing options to trade and supply chain businesses, as well as allied enterprises and entities in Nigeria. Due to expansion, they need a Growth Officer.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants & manage existing merchant transactions (Drawdown & Repayment)
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new merchants and generate revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
• Negotiate contracts and terms with merchants
• Work closely with internal teams, including Risk & Compliance, Retention, Technical Support, and Product to ensure a seamless user  experience
• Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement

Job Requirements

• A bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Experience in the transaction finance industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
