Role Overview

• A growing Nigerian food business is seeking a commercially driven, results-oriented, and execution-focused professional to lead business growth and revenue development initiatives.
• The successful candidate will drive customer acquisition and retention, develop strategic partnerships, grow corporate and institutional sales, and convert commercial opportunities into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate, institutional, catering, event, and bulk-order sales pipelines.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty initiatives.
• Develop strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities.
• Improve CRM utilisation and customer-data management.
• Support outlet growth and local market development.
• Drive sales conversion, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain growth dashboards.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in  business development, sales, commercial growth, or key account management.
• Proven ability to convert sales opportunities and build recurring customer relationships.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, FMCG, or catering is desirable.
• Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
• Ability to manage sales pipelines, CRM, and performance reports.
• Strong follow-through, initiative, and results orientation.
