As the Growth Associate, you will serve as a field representative responsible for onboarding partners, driving community engagement, and expanding the company’s network of agents, processors, and logistics partners.
Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard new agents, merchants, and logistics partners within assigned territories
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and onboarding progress
Support partner onboarding, KYC processes, and training activities
Manage field operations including follow-ups, issue resolution, and partner engagement
Represent the company in community activations and ensure consistent brand presence
Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage community members
Basic tech skills and ability to use mobile apps and reporting tools
Familiarity with assigned locations and ability to work independently in the field
