The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring we find, attract, hire and retain the best talent for the company. Experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding, have a good eye for spotting talent, be creative in finding talent and strong candidate and hiring manager engagement skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
Manage end-end recruitment processes within the agreed timeline
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Effective Candidate and Hiring Manager engagement
Placing effective Job advertisements, ensuring they represent CardinalStone Partners as an employer of choice
Pre-screening applications and providing high-quality shortlists of qualified candidates to the business
Partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process from the initial briefing to the on-boarding of new employees
Lead employer branding initiatives
Communicating regularly and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a positive, professional, fair, and consistent recruitment experience
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes
Manage the Applicant Tracking System
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Assist in employee retention and development
Play an important role within the team to ensure the HR team goals are achieved
Requirements
BSc degree in any relevant course with minimum Second Class Upper grade
Minimum of 3 Years experience within recruitment, preferably both within agency and in-house
Knowledge of Financial Services recruitment desirable
Proven background in the effective use of recruitment strategies and tools used for identifying and attracting high quality candidates
