    Group Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Job Summary

    • The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring we find, attract, hire and retain the best talent for the company. Experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding, have a good eye for spotting talent, be creative in finding talent and strong candidate and hiring manager engagement skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
    • Manage end-end recruitment processes within the agreed timeline
    • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
    • Effective Candidate and Hiring Manager engagement
    • Placing effective Job advertisements, ensuring they represent CardinalStone Partners as an employer of choice
    • Pre-screening applications and providing high-quality shortlists of qualified candidates to the business
    • Partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process from the initial briefing to the on-boarding of new employees
    • Lead employer branding initiatives
    • Communicating regularly and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a positive, professional, fair, and consistent recruitment experience
    • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes 
    • Manage the Applicant Tracking System
    • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
    • Assist in employee retention and development
    • Play an important role within the team to ensure the HR team goals are achieved 

    Requirements

    • BSc degree in any relevant course with minimum Second Class Upper grade
    • Minimum of 3 Years experience within recruitment, preferably both within agency and in-house
    • Knowledge of Financial Services recruitment desirable 
    • Proven background in the effective use of recruitment strategies and tools used for identifying and attracting high quality candidates
