Group Social Media Manager at Skulpt by Tara

We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Content Manager to manage and grow multiple lifestyle and business brands under one umbrella.

This role is content-focused. No paid ads required. We need someone who can create, plan and consistently execute high-quality social media content across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Creating and executing monthly content calendars for each brand
• Shooting and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Designing clean, on-brand graphics (Canva is fine, but must look polished)
• Writing strong captions that align with each brand’s tone
• Posting consistently and scheduling content
• Community management (replying to comments & DMs professionally)
• Identifying trends and adapting them to each brand
• Basic performance reporting (engagement, growth, reach)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong eye for branding and aesthetics
• Can differentiate tone across brands (luxury clinic ≠ party brand)
• Comfortable filming content in-person when required (for clinic/events)
• Confident using Canva, CapCut, InShot or similar tools
• Knows how to make content that converts, not just looks pretty
• Highly organised and self-managed
• Able to work across multiple brands without dropping standards
