Position:

Group Lead

• This is a part-time business. Qualified candidate can choose to convert this opportunity to a full-time gig. Preferred candidate is also permitted to work remotely.
• Qualified candidate is guaranteed a higher earning compensation than what is obtainable in the industry.

Job Description

• Deliver on Revenue Targets
• Co-ordinate activities involved in identifying, onboarding, training and support of Junior staff
• Responsible for the recruitment, growth, expansion and supervision of staff network under you
• Organise Regional staff Trainings and customer education forums to drive brand visibility and transaction growth
• Co-ordinate and implement marketing activities to create brand awareness and visibility aimed at driving customer growth and transactions.
