    Graphics Designer

    We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-oriented Specialist, Corporate Communications with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team.

    Responsibilities

    The Specialist, Corporate Communications will be responsible for providing students with career, personal, social, and educational counselling, whilst assisting students evaluate their abilities, interests, talents, and personalities.

    He/she is expected to;

    • Oversee the organization’s content calendar, ensuring accuracy and consistency across key communication platforms, including the website, social media, and other digital channels.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns across ATL, BTL, and TTL (TV, radio, OOH digital, offline publications, experiential, etc.) channels to enhance brand reputation.
    • Work with agencies, production vendors, and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time, on brand, and within budget.
    • Monitor campaign effectiveness (reach, engagement, sentiment) and prepare post-campaign reports with recommendations.
    • Develop and deliver newsletters, announcements, intranet articles, LED screen content, and event messaging to engage employees, while gathering and analyzing feedback to continually improve internal communication channels and content.
    • Write and edit corporate profiles, brochures, annual reports, and stakeholder presentations.
    • Curate success stories, case studies, and thought-leadership articles across relevant owned and paid media platforms that highlight institutional achievements and values.
    • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment in all corporate documents.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to support ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns that enhance brand awareness and enrolments.
    • Provide copywriting and messaging support for TV/radio scripts, OOH designs, digital posts, e-flyers, and other promotional content.
    • Assist in evaluating campaign performance (reach, engagement, enrolments) and drafting post-campaign reports.
    • Track media coverage, internal engagement, and campaign outcomes.
    • Produce timely reports with insights and recommendations for the Corporate Communications Manager and senior leadership.

    Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • Professional certifications in Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or Public Affairs are desirable.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, preferably within higher education, public institutions, or comparable environments.
    • Demonstrated success in managing media relations, internal communications, and crisis response at a senior officer level.
    • Possesses skills in crisis communication and issues management.
