Graphics Designer / Cinematographer at Kimberly Ryan

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-5 years proven experience as a Graphics Designer & amp Cinematographer, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) etc. and video editing software.
• Proficiency in Camera Operation, Cinematography, Video Production and Lighting skills.
• Experience in creating visually compelling content.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
• A good understanding of real estate marketing trends and the ability to create compelling visuals that resonate with potential buyers and investors
