Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including property brochures, email campaigns, pitch books, and other promotional content.
• Develop logos and branding elements that reflect the company's values and mission.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visuals for digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all media channels
• Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations, incorporating floor plans, site plans, and other relevant graphics.
• Manage and update the company's social media presence with visually appealing content
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Knowledge of web design and user experience principles.
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
